Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns may be initiated within 15 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions. Please note that returns are subject to strict eligibility requirements to ensure the product is in original, resalable condition.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet these conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition. Returns must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided with the product.
  • Documentation: When requested, please submit images of the product(s) and packaging to assist in the return process.
  • Purchase Location: Only products purchased directly from the Relod official online store are eligible.

Return Shipping & Fees

The customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling costs in the following cases, which are not related to product quality:

  • Returning items without a justified reason.
  • Accidental returns due to customer error.
  • Items returned as “defective” that pass inspection by Relod’s quality control team and are found to be functional.
  • Any return request made outside the terms of our warranty policy.

Please Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected, and any products sent back that do not qualify as eligible will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

While orders cannot be modified once confirmed, please contact our support team immediately if you have a change request; we will assist where possible. For exchanges:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for postage costs associated with return shipping for exchanges.
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available if products are returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all included items.

Important Notice

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged due to individual handling or misuse.
